Tuesdays 5:30pm – The Woodlands Yoga Studio

Yoga Basics. Leading the class through basic poses, focusing on proper alignment and merging breath with movement.  New and Experienced students welcome.

Mixed Level

Tuesdays 7:00pm – The Woodlands Yoga Studio

Mixed level Yoga. Covering asanas and flow incorporating modifications for all levels of students.


Thursdays 7:00pm – The Woodlands Yoga Studio

Yin Yoga. Appropriate for all levels. This class focuses on long held poses that require a contemplative state of mind more than muscle action. A great compliment to any yoga practice or any active lifestyle.
